She did her research and was very knowledgeable of housing market prices in the area and able to advise me of the best price to list the house (even though I, like most sellers, had an inflated opinion of what the house should sell for). Her guidance on pricing allowed us to sell the house quickly and for a fair price for both seller and buyer. Elaine pays attention to detail so that nothing falls through the cracks. She is very personable and helpful.

I met Elaine back in 2013 and she was the realtor that sold me 2586 Mindi Drive. When I needed to quick sale my property in order to avoid foreclosure - she was more than helpful She even did some of the repairs herself. I would have never sold this house without her help.
