Elaine helped us through the process of purchasing of our first home. She took time when it was convienent for us to show us homes and was available often on short notice. Elaine also listened to us when describing what we were looking for. As a young married couple with a baby on the way, we felt strongly that her commitment to finding the right home for us was a priority over the sale. We had the opportunity to work with Elaine again a few years later when our needs changed and were looking to sell our home. She accurately priced our home with the current market and advised us on how to best update our property to receive the best sales price. Our home sold in less than 2 weeks at nearly our asking price. As a result of Elaine expert advice, we did not waste time or money and got the result we wanted. In addition to the sale, we worked with Elaine in finding a real estate agent when purchasing our new home remotely. She was a great asset and assisted us with more questions and concerns we had regarding our next home purchase. Having her in our corner has always been a positive experience and we are grateful to have built a professional and personal relationship with her.
